Things to Know Before Booking

Before selecting your date, please note the following:

Minimum Guest Numbers
Our parties require a minimum of 12 guests.
Activity Selection
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, all guests are required to choose the same activity for the party.
Workshop Duation

The duration of the party is between 1 and 1.5 hours, subject to guest numbers

Inclusions

1-2 party hosts.
High quality craft materials
set-up and pack up (staff will arrive 30mins earlier to set up the tables, and please also allow us 10mins for pack down).

Exclusions

Tables and chairs.

Deposit & Payment

A deposit of $300 deposit is require to secure the spot.
The remaining balance is due on the Thursday prior to your party.

Final Guest Numbers

1. Final numbers are required 3 days before the event.

2. Bookings that fall below the minimum numbers will be charged at the minimum required rate.
Additional guests may be added and paid for on the day.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 14 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event date will result in the deposit being forfeited.
A new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled booking.

Final Numbers

Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the event.
If fewer guests attend on the day, charges will still be based on the originally confirmed number.

Late Arrivals

All sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
Additional time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
