We welcome guests to book in advance to secure your preferred reservation time and date. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card. To cancel a booking, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. To cancel a booking of four or more guests, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 0426268170 between the hours of 11am-6:00pm Wed-Sun or Email us [email protected] . If necessary, you may leave a detailed text message. We will return your message as soon as possible.
No-Shows
A no-show is when a guest misses an appointment without cancelling. We will charge the guest a 100% missed appointment fee. Being half an hour late or more will be also considered as a no-show.
Holiday Program Cancellation Policy
If you can no longer attend the holiday program, please let us know 48 hours before and we will refund you.
