Refund and Cancellation Policy

We welcome guests to book in advance to secure your preferred reservation time and date.

All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card. To cancel a booking, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. To cancel a booking of four or more guests, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 0426268170 between the hours of 11am-6:00pm Wed-Sun or Email us [email protected] . If necessary, you may leave a detailed text message. We will return your message as soon as possible.

We will charge the no-show guest a 100% missed appointment fee.
Being half an hour late or more will be also considered as a no-show.
