Last week, we had the amazing opportunity to host our Beading Bar at La Trobe University — and it turned out to be one of the most energetic and unforgettable events we’ve ever experienced.
Over the course of just three hours, the space welcomed close to 200 students, and from the moment we started, the line never really stopped. Students kept arriving, curious to design their own bracelets, mix colours, choose charms, and express their creativity in their own unique way.
We were incredibly busy the entire time — almost non-stop from beginning to end. Every seat was filled, and there were always more people waiting. The enthusiasm was truly contagious. It was amazing to see so many students excited about creating something handmade, personal, and meaningful.
What impressed us the most was not only the turnout, but the energy and engagement. Some students carefully planned their colour combinations, others made matching bracelets with friends, and many came back just to show us their finished pieces. The atmosphere was lively, creative, and full of smiles.
Although we were so busy that we didn’t manage to capture as many photos as we hoped, the experience itself was unforgettable. By the end of the session, we were genuinely blown away by the passion and support from the La Trobe community.
